This N That

Gracie lined up all her animals and said they were watching a show. Kids have such great imaginations! This is Gracie right after I gave her and Lindsey haircuts. She looks so grown-up now and her curls are almost gone. Sad, but easier to do now.
Little Linds!!!We all bundled up to go outside and get some fresh air.
We replaced the standing swing with a baby swing so that Cooper could participate. The kids love their swingset! Lindsey threw a fit when she saw Cooper's swing though and she insisted that she was "a baby" so that she could swing in his. We gave her and Gracie a turn in it too. We also switched his swing to face the other way once we realized he was getting blinded by the sun.
Cooper trying out his sister's bike. Obviously he can't do anything with it but he sure looked cute! The kids love books! I recorded the girls "reading" a book and tried to post it too but it wouldn't work. I also have video of Cooper walking that I want to post sometime. They are all growing up so fast and I feel like there's something to capture each day!

Grandpa Reeves

My wonderful Grandpa passed away in December and we will miss him so very much. He and my Grandma are the ones who accepted the gospel on that side of my family. Because of that, I know without a doubt that he is young, pain free, and happy, on the other side with his parents and other loved ones who have gone before.

There were so many wonderful stories told about his life and I'm so glad that I got to hear them. What an amazing man who touched so many lives. I love you Grandpa. Thank you for your example.

Thanks Dad for getting us to Eagleville in Sept/Oct so that we could spend time with family. I'm so glad my babies got to meet their Great-Grandpa.

I found this picture from 2008 when Gracie first got to meet him.
Love you forever Grandpa!

My Sunbeam!!!

I can't believe my baby is in PRIMARY!!! When we cleaned the church last week we showed her where the primary room was and told her she was going to be a Sunbeam! We practiced walking reverently with your arms folded too.

She sat right down with her class and when I peeked at her from the hallway she was sitting quietly, looking a bit scared at not knowing what was going to happen. I saw her teacher later in the hall and she said that Gracie was doing great and that she was very articulate!!!

There are 12 Sunbeams on the roll in our ward and Gracie was the only girl in her class this Sunday. The teacher said that there are about four of them that are Gracie's age so they are a more mature class and were all doing really well. Gracie will turn 4 this month so she just missed starting Sunbeams last year. You have to turn 4 by December 31st.

She was so stinking cute on her first day of Primary!!!

Even Lindsey must have been listening to us talking about this because when we were walking into church Lindsey said, "I in Nursy and Acie Jo a Sunbeam!"
