Lost Teeth

Lindsey lost her first tooth! She was pretty excited about it. She was scared to let me just flick it out, but I couldn't get the floss tied around it, so she decided to let me flick it. Afterwards she said it didn't hurt at all. It's fun to watch the kids go through all their firsts!!! I love the cute tooth fairy pillows Granny got from her friend Mary Harshbarger for all the kids.

The girls were talking about the tooth necklaces you get if you lose a tooth at school, and Gracie came home with one! She must have really been working that tooth all day. She was determined to lose it at school, and she was successful.

My cute toothless girls!!!

UAH Hockey

We found out that kids get in free to the local college hockey games, so we thought we'd give it a try. I didn't think I would be able to get into it, but it was a lot of fun! We loved it and want to go again. The only thing is they don't start until seven so the kids were tired of it and wanted to go home. It didn't help that we got there way too early, but now we know that we can show up right before it starts and have no problem getting in.

Cooper asked me to take a video so that he could remember it a lot of days. So cute!

Cooper's 5th Birthday!!!

I can't believe my buddy is 5 years old and going to Kindergarten next year! He looks so grown up in all these pictures. His birthday fell on a Monday, but the girls were out of school since it was President's Day, so we were able to do a lot of fun things to celebrate!

We ate at Stevi B's, a sort of mini Chuck-E-Cheese.

Then we got to go bowling! It had been a long time since we'd gone and it was a lot of fun, especially since I beat Tim! Haha! (I'm not competitive at all) It all came down to the tenth frame and I lucked out with my first and only strike. Of course he got a strike when I was taking video. Olivia kept getting strikes too!

He kept asking all day if it was time for him to help decorate the cupcakes yet. He did a great job, and only licked his fingers once. Ha!

Olivia fell asleep right before dinner and cake, so we went ahead without her.

Tim made Mickey Mouse waffles.

Happy Birthday my big boy!!! Not a day goes by without you giving me hugs and making me smile! You've been doing so good at writing your name and letters, and practicing coloring in the lines for Kindergarten. I'm going to miss you sooo much next year when you go off to school. I love how you aren't afraid to make friends wherever you go, and I'm excited that you get to play soccer this spring. Love you so much chug-a-lug!
