Pink Lightning!

Gracie and Lindsey are trying out softball this fall! They are really enjoying it!

It's been so nice that they are on the same team. It makes practices and games a lot easier. Tim is assistant coach and the coach is in our ward and his daughter is also on the team. We were so excited when we got our team list and found out he was the coach! It's always more fun when you know some of the other people participating.

Lindsey is to the right of the left pole, and Gracie is first base.

Coach Jared Mayfield came up with the number 23 for Tim so that he could have both girls numbers on his shirt. I love it!

The girls on the team came up with the name Pink Lightning. Only 12 girls signed up for their age group so their is only one other team, Purple Ponies. They definitely get more practice and experience with just 6 girls on the team, so I'm glad the numbers are small.

We went out to eat at a yummy Mexican restaurant after the game. We're glad Granddad and Matt were able to watch one of the girls games while they were here.

Family!!!

Uncle Matt and Granddad were able to fly out for Lucy Mae's blessing, so we got to enjoy having family visit!

Kirsten and Sam had us meet at a really neat park in Atlanta for a barbecue lunch. The kids had a blast! It was a really unique park - I liked it.

Lucy's first sunscreen! It was sooo hot!!!

My favorite picture of my reds!!!

All the kids wanted to help Uncle Matt cut up the vegetables.

Granddad with all his grandbabies . . .

Sam gave such a beautiful blessing. We're glad we were able to be there.

Off to the US Space and Rocket Center . . .

Olivia's first time on the ride. She reacted much the same as Cooper did on his first time.

The Botanical Gardens had switched over from the lego displays to the Scarecrow Trail. The kids enjoyed all the Halloween decor.

We headed over to Bridge Street one night and visited Barnes and Noble, rode the carousel, and ate at Red Robin.

On the ride back home Olivia was singing her heart out. I caught the ABCs on video.

We love having family visit!
