Cooper is 3!!!

I can't believe my buddy is 3!!! I love my boy so much! He has done so well potty training. The first day I started officially potty training him and I told him all about it, he said, "It's going to be awesome!"

He is still a little charmer, with a million girlfriends at church. Lately he's turned into quite the comedian too. The other night when we were about to have family prayer, instead of saying "Dear Heavenly Father" Gracie started by saying, "One". We all had a good laugh and then later when Cooper was saying his own prayer for bed, he looked around at all of us with a sly grin, folded his arms, closed his little eyes, and then said, "One!" Of course we all laughed again. What a little stinker!!! He has since tried this again at prayer time, adding in the line, "It's going to be funny!" right before he does it. It's turned into a not so good habit, but it was funny to begin with!

Every time we go to a doctor's office, church, the store, etc. he gets someone to smile and laugh. He's definitely been blessed with the gift of making others happy! At Sam's Club he got a couple of women giggling and smiling like crazy and warning me to "Watch out for that one!" And at our latest doctor visit, the nurse was still laughing as she left the room. I just love my little man!!!

We got him a twin bed for his birthday, so I took a picture of him on his last night as a two year old, and his last night in a toddler bed. I love my handsome boy so much!

Coop chose chocolate cake with green frosting. He put sprinkles on two cupcakes and then declared that he was all done! I took all the candies off of the paper they came on and told him to keep going, and put one of those on each cupcake.

Nice finger-in-the-ear Coop! Ha! Anybody want a cupcake?

He loved his cupcakes!!!

Trying out his new "big boy" bed . . .

Shooting some baskets with his new hoops and basketballs . . .

First night in a twin bed! I can't believe how grown up he is.

Love you so much Cooper! Happy 3rd Birthday!!! Oh! And he officially outweighs Lindsey!!! He weighs 38 lbs 6 oz and she weighs 38 lbs 3 oz. I won't be surprised if he ends up bigger than all of his sisters one day!

Snow!!!

Gracie got three snow days home from school, and Tim's work was cancelled for some of that time too! The first few pictures are of the tiny drizzle of snow we got with the first cancellation. I have to laugh after growing up in Idaho, but I'll take days off anytime!

Olivia loved Tim jumping her on the tramp! Its hard to see in this picture, but she's grinning really big!

Lindsey slip-sliding . . .

They were having so much fun!

Lounging around in the house . . .

Tim put the tent up in the living room so that the kids could have some fun doing something different.

Everyone all bundled for the snow that we FINALLY got on the third day off . . .

Now that is more like it . . .

Gracie's poor hand is so red and cold!

A bunch of our tree branches broke off from the weight of the snow.

I could not get the snow to stick together so that I could roll big balls for a snowman. So frustrating!!! I saw snowmen all over our neighborhood, so I was bummed that I was from Idaho and seemed to be the only one who couldn't master the snowman building. The kids looked at our snowman funny and Gracie said, "That doesn't look like a snowman." Oh well! I tried.

Tim is such a good Dad! That's a lot of weight to pull!
