Grandma and Kirsten!!!

We were blessed to have Grandma come and visit us for two weeks and meet Miss Olivia!!! She brought water guns for the kids, so one of the first things we did was play outside in the pool, and drive around in the jeep.

These photos are compiled from my camera and Grandma's, so I tried to pick and choose my favorites and put them in some sort of order together.

See her little tooth on bottom!

When it was Lindsey's turn to drive, she put the jeep in high speed (it has two speeds) and went ripping off away from all of us and then crashed into the swingset.  We couldn't stop laughing at our little daredevil!!! She is definitely our fearless one! We don't have a picture of her doing this, but I guess she was driving full speed while aiming her water gun at Tim and Grandma, with a sly grin on her face. It's so funny how different all the kids personalities are.

Livi grinning at Grandma . . .

One day we went to Dublin park to play while Tim was at work.  It's a really neat playground, but it was too hot, and even with two adults, it gets hard to keep an eye on all of my kids, and none of them are old enough to be on their own yet. Plus, I panic if I lose sight of any of them for even one second. So, it was a short visit.

For a couple days we went down to visit Kirsten and spent the night at her apartment. The kids had a blast swimming in the pool and riding the paddle boats at Lurleen Lake. When we first got to her apartment, Gracie started arranging everything (sleeping bags, pillows, etc.) and started referring to one of the rooms as "her" room. It was so funny because it seemed like she thought we were moving in!

One of the days, Grandma took the oldest two to see Hotel Transylvania at one of Huntsville's theaters that has free summer movies. They had a great time! At the theater they usually have a man who makes all the kids free animal balloons as well. The kids love it!

Another day we went to Big Spring Park in downtown Huntsville. The kids had fun feeding the ducks and fish. We even got to see some cute baby ducks!

Miniature Golf was a blast! Gracie kept saying how hot and tired she was, so she didn't really get into it, but Lindsey liked it! Cooper was semi-interested. Grandma was cute playing, and I'm pretty sure she did a lot better than me and Tim too!

Random butterfly I saw while playing . . .

The kids all red faced from the heat, on the drive back home after golf. Cooper must have heard us talking about how Olivia's tongue is always sticking out, because he has started sticking his tongue out too whenever he knows I'm taking a photo of him.

The kids had plenty of stories read to them! I'm glad they love books so much!

You can't see very well because it is so small, but Cooper and Livi are both sticking their tongues out in the photo below.

Grandma made the girls some flower crowns.

I finally gave Cooper a haircut! It looks much better and I'm sure he is a lot cooler now! Whenever we go outside he is instantly a sweaty little Corless man!!! Haha!!!

Daddy made everyone yummy smores! We were going to do them over our firepit, but the timing never worked, and the microwave was a lot easier.

The kids love having the sprinkler on under the trampoline!

Olivia was getting a kick out of watching everyone play!

The kids taking turns getting a drink from the hose. Gracie looked at me to make sure it was ok to drink, before she would try it. I had to explain that it is fine to drink out of the hose, but not the swimming pool water. She is so obedient! She knew I had told them not to drink the pool water before, so that's why she wanted to check with me on the hose first. Little sweetie!

Look at those rolly legs!!! I love them so much!

We had so much fun having family to visit with! We miss you Grandma! Thanks for coming!

Lindsey got Olivia to laugh so hard so I tried to catch it on video. As is typical, the laughing stopped when the video camera turned on, but I did catch a few little giggles! There's nothing like a baby laugh!
