Field Day

Cole was scheduled to get fixed the same day as the girls field day, so Tim took work off to watch the younger two, so that I could run Cole into the vet and run back and forth between Gracie and Lindsey at field day since their grade levels went at the same time. I was glad I didn't have the younger two with me because it would have slowed me down and they probably would have been throwing fits that they couldn't play too. It was a fun day!

Gracie's friend Haley lives in our subdivision and they were in the same class this year, so they have gotten really close. They're spoiled living so close because they get to play together a lot at home too.

The principal happened to jump in for the tug-o-war right behind Gracie. It made me laugh! Gracie acted all shy and embarrassed. My little Roo!

I don't think she enjoyed getting wet at this station. It was the perfect temperature out though - it was slightly overcast with a nice cool breeze, so they weren't way too hot, dehydrated, and burned.

The girls lunch times overlapped for a little bit, but it worked out just right that I got to sit with each of them while they ate lunch.

Lindsey was crazy wearing her jacket out in the heat! After the tug-o-war, I took it for her. Silly Linds!

Lindsey was so cute at the parachute. They asked the parents to help and she always wanted to stay right by me. Little sweetie.
