It was so good for the girls to do things besides watch movies and tv. They finally had someone to play with them - they got to play with play dough and go for walks outside. I've had zero energy and no time so it was really good for the girls. Thank you Grandma and Aunt "Libabeth".
Tim sent me an Edible Arrangement. It was so pretty and tasted so good! The marshmallow-looking things are chocolate covered bananas. Yummy! Thanks husband!
We went to Lewis Ginter Botanical Gardens. It was so good to get out of the apartment and get some fresh air! All the flowers and scenery were gorgeous and the girls had so much fun with the climbing tree and monkey statue.
Gracie is getting really good at recognizing letters. She associates them with people in our family. "E" for Elizabeth, "G" for Gracie, etc. so we had to get a picture of her with her letter G.
One night all the girls had fun doing each other's hair and Elizabeth let me use my three barrelled iron to do her hair. The girls loved it!
Gracie got to go all by herself with Grandma and Elizabeth to Gettysburg. Thanks for sharing your camera pictures too Elizabeth! I used some of them in this post!
On the way back they stopped by Hershey, PA and toured the chocolate factory. There were some kind of singing cows on the tour and Gracie kept talking about them when we met back up in DC.
