To Tim's delight, Olivia seems to be a basketball fan! She's been his sports watching buddy.
Not loving the cereal much, but she still eats it. Hopefully she'll like other solid foods as we introduce them.
Tummy time! She's been struggling to hold her head up on her own, so I figured we better start working her neck muscles. She rolled over for the first time yesterday, on her 5 month birthday!!! Almost half a year already - Crazy!
My smart little kiddos set up a "stage" and had their Strawberry Shortcake figurines perform - Lightning McQueen spotlight and all!!!! They have such great imaginations! I wish I could be there to watch everything that they do when they are in school.
Smallest to biggest . . . notice the doll by Olivia!?! This cracked me up when I saw it. Tim took the picture and I asked him if one of the girls had purposely put the doll after Olivia. He had no idea. I called Gracie over and asked her who put the doll there. She said Lindsey did, so I called her over and showed her the picture and asked about the doll. She got a huge grin on her face when I showed her. They are so adorable!!!
Grace wanted us to take a picture of her toys. Look at those LONG legs!!!
Look who has outgrown her old carseat and been updated to Cooper's old one!!! Last Sunday when I was hauling her around in the old one I got a few comments about her feet hanging off the end. It's just so nice when they are little enough to just keep them in the carseat. Oh well, they always outgrow it eventually. She is growing so fast! At her doctor appointment the other day she weighed 19 lbs 14 oz.
I thought it was hilarious when I came out in the living room and found them sleeping the exact same way. Just had to take some pictures!
We've been seeing these really pretty bluebirds in our yard.
And here are the two bunnies that were playing outside the other day. The kids and I really enjoyed watching them.
Do you see the wonderful little spirits you have brought forth!!!! I know it all seems overwhelming at times, but when we just take time to stop and breathe we marvel at the wonder of it all. You and Tim are raising some precious souls and you are doing an amazing job. When we think otherwise remember who is making us feel that way...not our Heavenly Father for he sees and smiles. I wish I remembered that when I was a young mother. I love you all....to the moon and back! I am counting the sleeps myself...LOL
ReplyDeleteAwwww...I want to squeeze all your little sweeties!!! Tell them to stop growing! I miss you all so much!
