Gracie had a little program at school to introduce the 7 habits of "The Leader in Me". The Kindergarten sang one song and little Roo was so cute up on stage! Their school just got a brand new cafeteria with a nice stage. It was huge and looked so good with a whole wall of windows overlooking the playground. So fun! Can you see her in her orange class shirt? We could see her looking around the crowd of parents all worried, and then she broke out in a huge, shy grin when she finally spotted us.
Last Friday they had "Kite Day" at the school and parents and families were invited to attend. It was a lot of fun! At first there wasn't much wind, but then it picked up for us. Cooper kept running way out in the field and then he'd cry when his kite wouldn't work. He was too far away for me to help him with Olivia in the stroller, and other Moms always got to him before me. Little stinker!!! He shouldn't have run off! I finally got to him after one such episode and told the other Mom thank you for helping him. She said, "He looked so sad!"
This is a cute girl who moved into Gracie's class halfway through the year and she is in our ward too. She likes Olivia!
I loved Gracie's sweet little wave! She is getting so big! I can't believe you will have two in school next year. Gracie's school does so many fun things!
