I'm not a fan of soccer, but when all the sports flyers come home the prices are ridiculous! Soccer was by far the cheapest, so we decided to let them try it out. Lindsey didn't want to do it, so just Cooper and Gracie are playing. They both seem to really like it. I tried to convince Cooper to do T-ball instead, but he chose soccer. I guess soccer is cheap in the spring and expensive in the fall, and softball/baseball is opposite, so we'll have him try it this fall. Both girls want to do softball again too since we had so much fun with their pink lightning team.
He looks so grown up with his backpack and soccer gear on. It makes me think about him starting school this fall and I can't believe it! He's gotten so grown up. I love my handsome boy!
Gracie has really been gaining confidence through this season and she has one of her best friends from school and church on her team, so she is loving it! Both Cooper and Gracie have scored goals in their games and it's been so fun to watch them! I love my cute girl!
Warming up with Daddy . . .
One of the reasons spring ball is cheaper is because they don't get shirts or uniforms, but they do in the fall. One of the sweet moms on the team bought the girls matching shirts though, with their White Tiger logo. So nice of her!
Exercise is always good...SCORE!!⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️
ReplyDeleteI'm not a fan of soccer, either, but it looks like the kids enjoyed it! Gracie looks like she's wearing scrubs in the last picture (even though I know it's her tshirt). Do I see a doctor or nurse in the future? So cute!
