I can't believe school is starting again already! I hated rushed, chaotic mornings last year, so this year I decided to get a head start on snacks and lunches. This storage container works perfectly for having things already bagged and stored for the girls to grab what they want and help me get their lunch together each night. Hopefully I keep up with it! Now I've got to figure out how to manage my time to get both girls' hair done each morning!
Everyone waiting to head off to the school . . .
My little Kindergartener!!! She barely made the cut-off to start school this year, so she will be 4 years old for the first two weeks of school - just like her Aunt Sarah! I know she is ready though! I tried to tell her that I changed my mind and she couldn't go, but she said, "I AM, and you can't come!" Little fireball! I'm glad she is excited though!
My "big" girls all ready and headed off to school . . .
We were told to assemble in the gym rather than taking our kids to their classrooms, so here is Lindsey with her teacher, Mrs. Martin.
Making friends with another little boy in her class. Right now she only has 14 kids in her class. All the Kindergarten class sizes are small this year, so the teachers and parents are really happy about that!
Olivia keeping Gracie company . . .
Only the Kindergarten teachers came down to the gym and they just dismissed the students by grade level, so we didn't get a picture of Gracie with Mrs. Worlow, but she seemed really nice at orientation.
We were so glad to find out that Gracie's best friend, Jazlyn, from Kindergarten was going to be in her class again this year! They look so cute and ready for 1st Grade!!!
I can't wait for the bus to get here so I can ask them both how their first day of school went!
Yay, girls!!! I hope you have a fabulous day!!! I love your cute shoes and your adorable lunch bags! I can't believe how fast you are growing up! I'm so glad that Jazlyn is in your class again, Grace! Love you all so much!
